    Al-Klija is one of the popular traditional dishes in Al-Qassim, it’s made with spices, flours and other dough ingredients. It’s stuffed with molasses and often eaten with Arabic coffee. Since Al-Qassim is known for agricultural land, most of its products are made from local ingredients. This festival started in 2009, and this one will be the 12 season.
